For 24 hours every day Central London Samaritans provides confidential emotional support for anyone experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.

Whatever you’re going through, we are here for you.

You can call us, send an email or drop us a text. We’re also open every day from 9am to 9pm if you want to visit to speak to someone in person. You don’t need to make an appointment, and the service is free.
