For 24 hours, every day, Central London Samaritans provides confidential emotional support for anyone experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.
We’re also open every day from 9am to 9pm if you want to visit to speak to someone in person.
You don’t need to make an appointment, and the service is free.
You don’t have to be a volunteer on the phones to make a difference to our callers. We rely solely on donations — 97% of our funding comes from the public. And this is where you can help.
If you need support but can’t talk on the phone you can use your mobile phone’s texting service to contact Samaritans. You can do this 24 hours a day on 07725 90 90 90.
If someone close to you has taken their own life Kensington and Chelsea Cruse Bereavement Care in partnership with Central London Samaritans can offer group support to help understand your grief and cope with your loss.
